Terms & Conditions:
- Admission to all plenary and thematic sessions.
- Congress bag and printed materials.
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the congress.
- Admission to the Welcome Reception.
- Access to partner exhibitions and poster presentations.
- Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
- Registration fee applies as per the date of payment.
- 5% VAT charges are included in the rates mentioned.
Payments:
- All registration fees must be paid in advance.
- No confirmation will be sent until payment has been received.
- All payments will be processed through credit card.
- Evento Smart Solutions Event Organizing LLC is the registration partner and badge processor for Capital 360 LLC who is the organiser of the ICMM Congress – 9-13 November.
- All payments are collected on behalf of Capital 360 LLC, ADNEC Group, Khaleej Al Arabi Street, P.O. Box 5546, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to info@icmm.ae.
- In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Conference, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Participant.
- In the event of cancellation, the participant will be refunded any monies paid.
- If the Conference is postponed due force majeure to a later date, the participant registration will remain valid, and he/she will be allowed to attend the event.
- In case of a 100% refund – cancellation before 9th September, 2026, 23:59 EST with a deduction of administrative fee of 10% of the ticket price.
- In case of No refund – 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations starting 10th September, 2026, 23:59 EST.
