We are delighted to inform you about the continuous preparation of the 46th ICMM World Congress, to be held in Abu Dhabi from Nov 9 to 13, 2026. More than ever, military medicine and the international sharing of knowledge and experiences are at the heart of patient and health system care.

Our organization is dedicated to placing the next generation of healthcare providers at the heart of this event. They are the future of military medicine, and their contribution has become more vital today than ever before. We look forward to their active participation. For this purpose, the organisers have made additional efforts by offering reduced registration fees for young colleagues. More info on www.icmm.ae

1. Call for Abstracts:

The submission platform is open! We strongly encourage your young researchers, clinicians, and officers to submit their work before May 16, 2026 – https://icmm.ae/abstract-submission/

Themes: Innovation, Interoperability, Humanitarian Impact.

2. Scientific Prizes:

Investing in Tomorrow’s Excellence Two prestigious awards will recognize scientific excellence during the congress:

Jules Voncken Prize: For the best original scientific article. (see attached poster).
William S. Bainbridge Prize: This distinction is for the best original work (individual or group) presented as a poster session during the scientific sessions. This is the perfect opportunity for the next generation to showcase their vision and expertise (see attached poster).

Investir dans l’Excellence de Demain Deux prix prestigieux récompenseront l’excellence scientifique lors du congrès:

Prix Jules Voncken : Pour le meilleur article scientifique original (voir affiche en annexe).
Prix William S. Bainbridge : Cette distinction récompense le meilleur travail original (individuel ou collectif) présenté sous forme de poster lors des sessions scientifiques. C’est l’occasion idéale pour la nouvelle génération de mettre en avant sa vision et son expertise (voir affiche en annexe).
