Accompanying persons should register on the website as an exhibition visitor to access the exhibition space.
Regular rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.

Cancel before 9 September 2026, 23:59 GST — less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations from 10 September 2026, 23:59 GST — 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to info@icmm.ae.
Should it be necessary to postpone or cancel the congress, the organiser will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant; monies paid will be refunded. If postponed due to force majeure, existing registrations remain valid for the new date.
